I am working with OpenCL 2.0 on a core i7-6700 which apparently does not have fine grain memory sharing or atomics.
Is there a current processor out that does have these features? As spelled out in:
https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/opencl-20-shared-virtual-memory-overview OpenCL™ 2.0 Shared Virtual Memory Overview | Intel® Software
I need cross-device atomics and coherency.
Thanks,
Daniel Gerzhoy

/thread/113004 dgerzhoy, thank you for your patience.
I have been reviewing your inquiry and from my end I could not find any piece of information related to it; however, I was able to find the right contact support for these type of questions. This team is called the Intel® Developer Zone and there is a specialized OpenCL Forum which you can find it here; https://software.intel.com/en-us/forums/opencl OpenCL*. Please give it a try.
Regards,
Amy.
