Hi, I have updated the firmware (Bios, Fru, Me, sdr) of my S1200BTL server board. Now I can login in the BMC app (vver 01.19) using internet explorer but I can't lauch the console (the bottom is not active)

Do you know why?

Do you know what I can do to solve it ?

Hello Fbocca,

Thank you for being in touch.

I just reviewed your question, and have some points to clarify.

If understand well you're trying to launch the remote control console. According to the documentation RMM4 is required to support that feature.

http://download.intel.com/support/motherboards/server/sb/g37830002_servermanagementguide_r3_1.pdf User Guide for Intel® Remote Management Module 4 (Intel® RMM4) and Integrated BMC (starting page 56)

http://download.intel.com/support/motherboards/server/sb/g37830002_servermanagementguide_r3_1.pdf Intel® Server Boards and Server Platforms Server Management Guide(starting page 42)

Are we talking about that console? If so, Are we working with RMM4 installed?

I'll stay tuned to your comments.

Best regards.
