Hello francischi,
Thank you for joining the Intel Community Support.
I would like to take a look at this issue. Please run the Intel® System Support Utility to get more information about your system.
1.Download the Intel® System Support Utility and save the application to your system.
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-?product=91600
2.Open the application and click Scan to see system and device information. The Intel® System Support Utility defaults to the Summary View on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says summary to change to Detailed View.
3.To save your scan, click Next and click Save. You can save the file to any accessible location on your computer.
4. Attach the report to this thread.

Hello francischi,
Thank you for your response.
I was doing research on the drivers provided by your system manufacturer. How are you updating your system? Are you installing the graphics driver provided by your system manufacturer?

These errors usually occur because of incompatibility or corrupt drivers.

Hi Wanner,
Yes, I update driver from system manufacturer website. Do you mean 23.20.16.5017 doesn't support on my platform?

Hi Wanner,
OK. This event id is not 100% can be duplicated. It has around 2% f/r after I shutdown and power on system.

Hello francischi,
Thank you for your response.
Even though you are getting this Event ID message sometimes, how is your system being impacted? Are you experiencing any issues when running applications or playing videos?
If you are getting an error message in Windows, it will be great to have a picture attached as well.
