Unknown in rs2_create_device

The vesion of Viewer is v.2.16.0. The camera D435 can not work.

" Unknown in rs2_create_device(info_list:0000014D8863C480, index:0): Could not initialize extensions controls! "

The laptop is MSI GL62M with WIN 10. The camera is available in Device Manager.

How to solve the problem ? Thanks.

This error is related to needing to give Windows permission to access the camera.
