Sudden Image Tearing in Games and have to have vsync on

I got a sudden image tearing and it snow annoying. I have toplay with vsync on and i don't like it because it caps my game at 60 fps and my pc can run higher than that.

I have a 60hz monitor

Intel graphics 4600

Game League of Legends

To assist you better on you satiation could you provide us more information on your system, please follow these steps

 

 

1. On the keyboard, press WinLogo key + R.

 

2. In the Run box please type dxdiag and hit Enter.

 

3. Please attach the report to the thread
