I had a program (Professional Flight Planner X) running on an old computer with no issues. I just bought this computer last week, and after installing this program on it today, CTD every time on startup. Here's the Windows error log:

As you can see, ig9icd32.dll is causing the crash. I'm updated to the latest Intel and Nvidia drivers and there's no change in behavior.

You can try several things:
1.
Right-click PFPX.exe
select properties
select compatibility and try the options there
2.
Since you have an Optimus rig, you can force to run the game on NVIDIA GPU
Open NVIDIA control panel
3D settings
program settings
add PFPX.exe and force dedicated GPU
3.
Upload a report from https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* to find out your particular Intel GPU for which someone can suggest other driver versions
