Hello,

I purchased an ac9260 wifi card to update to latest tech, replacing ac8265

installed latest drivers...and have been having issues with wifi stalling and slow surfing, i simply disconnect and reconnect...and all is fine, for a little while, and repeat

decided to reinstall windows, and installed latest drivers, to find same issue of adapter stalling..after short periods

have uninstalled device, with removal of drivers (delete) so it just wont install same drivers...down loaded latest driver and again, the adapter stalls, until i disconnect and reconnect

have wifi setting set to full power/no sleep

whats the deal

win 10 64 latest

intel 9260

lenovo 310

Replacing your wireless card in your laptop should only be done by the OEM.

And, doing so yourself can lead to problems:

So, contact Lenovo and seek their help with approved adapters.

I did not need your approval to install the wifi card,

the mfg would not support anything other than what they sold, so your advice to contact Lenovo would be a waste of time and is useless information, why would you even post anything if that was all you had to point out ..nothing you posted ..was of any help

I dont care about fcc regulations...again...useless info

the ac9260 form factor and card is exact fit for wifi, and should operate completly fine.... the issue will be solved once driver is updated, since we are on first release

so, if your thinking of a reply other than helpful, positive information, dont do it....it would be a waste of data like your reply was

John, you came here looking for support.

I provided documents that explained the issue, which you refused to consider.

I did not write the documents. I am only the messenger.

The proper path for support is to contact Lenovo, which you refuse to do.

You are the one with the attitude problem, and think you know it all. So, why even bother coming here in the first place?

Take the information I provided and use it, or not.

And, drop the attitude - now. If you are looking to argue with someone, do it on another forum.

your reply has not helped in anyway... again, why do you keep going
