This problem occurred to somebody else a few weeks ago. An Intel support agent recommended looking at this forum link of a case with the same error on the same camera type (410 is a 415 type camera without an outer casing):

Hello Lab,

Thank you for your interest in the Intel RealSense D415.

In order to resolve this issue, please download the calibration tool from: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27415/%3Fv%3Dt https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27415/?v=t and then run the command: Intel.Realsense.CustomRW.exe -g

Please let us know if it's working!

Thank you,

Eliza

Thank you MartyG for the answer (As always )

@Intel Corporation

I downloaded the calibrator, but it's not clear for me where I've to run the command.

In the cmd.exe it says that it's not a right command.

Before I do that (I can't reboot my pc right now), This problem still exist in all my pc (linux and windows). It is definitely a device problem.

Should I do this procedure ( I can do that tomorrow...) or is there something else?

Hello Lab,

A couple of days ago we released a new version of the calibration tool that may fix your issue.

Download and install the Calibration Tool again and then run Intel.Realsense.CustomRW.exe -r and then send us the output - I attached a photo as an example. Run Intel.Realsense.CustomRW.exe -g to recover the calibration table.

Regards,

Alexandra
