Since Adobe couldn't help me, I thought I'd see if somebody here could.
I'm working in Photoshop CC, and apparently, that program has trouble with dual graphics cards. My Asus Zenbook 13 (i7, Win 10, 16GB RAM, Intel UHD 620 & Nvidia Geforce 150MX) is completely new. When I run photoshop, the screen flickers as soon as I touch my workspace. I've configured it to use the high-end card, and performance-wise, it does, but that screen flickering is still present. Adobe's FAQ presents no viable solution. https://helpx.adobe.com/in/photoshop/kb/troubleshoot-gpu-graphics-card.html Troubleshoot Photoshop graphics processor (GPU) and graphics driver issues
Unfortunately, disabling the internal graphics card is obviously not an option.
Any ideas are appreciated.

For issues with the asus bios in disabling any of the graphics, contact asus.
Also, make certain you are using both the Intel and Nvidia drivers from asus.

Hello TigerIIV,
Thank you for your response and for contacting us.
We just wanted to double check if you still need further assistance , and if you were able to contact your OEM for the issue replication as recommended by All Hill.
I hope to hear from you soon.
Regards,
Diego S.

In this case, we coordinated along with the other representative (David V.) so the original thread will be answered as soon as possible now that we have your information, we will work on the issue replication.
So basically please stick to the original thread:
