D435 Front Cover Glass

Hi,

I am looking to change the front cover glass on the Realsense D435. Can I get some info on what is being used by Intel currently? And are there cheaper alternatives i could use?

The cover and materials for it are discussed on page 76-77 of the 400 Series data sheet. It begins at Section 7.10 at the bottom of page 76.

Are there any trials or examples of using plexiglass with an anti-reflective coating? I will be using only the depth module.

If you google for 'anti-reflective plexiglass', there are a number of suppliers who will sell it and cut it to size for you.

Another option may be anti-reflective film like that available for camera lenses. Example:
