Wireless AC-3165 Slow speed

I have this same issue like others. I'm IT specialist and I know lot of computers. I have 2 laptops DELL with Intel Wi-Fi cards. Newest one with AC-3165 on Windows 10 is working very very slow. Full speed is only for 5 seconds and after that is freeze for about 1 minute and again this same loop when I click Wi-Fi icon on taskbar then full speed come back because card is scanning all Wi-Fi networks around but when is not scanning then probably card is switching off. I'm testing this Wi-Fi card on Debian 9.5 and it's work with full speed so this means Windows 10 have broken drivers.

Hello MESWEB,

Thank you for joining this Intel Community.

We would like to take a look at your system configuration. Please run the Intel® System Support Utility and attach the report to this thread.

1.Download the Intel® System Support Utility and save the application to your system.

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-%3Fproduct%3D91600 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-?product=91600

2.Open the application and click Scan to see system and device information. The Intel® System Support Utility defaults to the Summary View on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says summary to change to Detailed View.

3.To save your scan, click Next and click Save. You can save the file to any accessible location on your computer.

To attach a file, you must click "Use Advanced Editor" on the upper right hand corner of the response box, then the "attach" option will appear on the bottom right hand corner of the response box.

Hello MESWEB,

Thank you for your response.

We recommend you to set https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005546/network-and-i-o/wireless-networking.html Wi-Fi Roaming Aggressiveness Setting to "Medium". Also, make sure the following setting is checked: "https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005879/network-and-i-o/wireless-networking.html Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power".

In case of driver/settings corruption, you can perform a clean install of the wireless driver:
