İntel Atom E3800 Uarts Help

Hi everyone

ADLİNK LEC BTS4,

I am using the SOM card with intel atom processor( E3800 Series System-on-Chip). As seen in Picture 1 there are 3 com ports. I use Com1 as normal. 

But when I want to reach Com3 and Com4, I get an error like Picture 2. com4 and com3 I do not use any other program.

How can I communicate to Com3 and Com4 in C # and share a sample code?
