Hello! I have bought an old Core i7 3770 processor (second hand). Unfortunately it has one resistor missing on the bottom side (see picture). As it was not visible on the original pictures (on these all the resistores were present), I am thinking of returning the CPU to the seller. I just wanted to ask someone can judge if it makes sense to use such a processor? Will it damage the motherboard or will it have less performance/stability? I have read something about redundancy, which means, some of these resistors are - depending on the processor model - not necessary. Thanks, in advance
