Hello,
Do my notebooks with Intel HD Graphics 4600 and 620 support monitors with 144Hz? It's not about reaching 144 FPS in games. But to have 144Hz in desktop applications.

In reference to your question, actually it depends on the platform that you are using, it depends on the bandwidth on your system, the less the resolution you use the more the Hz that you can get.

Just to let you know, the manufacturers of the laptops have the option to enable/disable the settings in the BIOS, along with the customization of their drivers and even some restrictions in their features, so to get in contact with them directly to confirm those details will be a good thing to do:
