OEM calibration tool error @D415

Hello , i have installed the OEM tool 1.1.1.0 on a different PC .

I get this error while trying to capture the 1st out of 2 captures.

In the original PC i do not get this error .

I'm using the same USB 3.0 cable and few D415 cameras and the result is the same - Working as expected in original PC but i always get an error in the 2nd PC.

Same room was used so no difference in lightning or reflections..

Error attached.

How can i resolve this issue ?

Thank you for your interest in the Intel RealSense D415 camera.

Could you please let us know if you have a NDA signed with Intel for OEM Calibration Tool?

If so, are you working with an Intel Sales Representative or with the RealSense Team directly? If the answer is yes, please open a ticket in Zendesk.

I am attaching the instruction on how to create a Zendesk account and submit a ticket.
