Does the motherboard bios support the i7-7700?

Is the socket damaged?

Did you apply the thermal paste correctly?

You need to provide a lot more information for assistance.

There is nothing that can be done.

If the processor is good (as you say), your issue is with MSI.

If the processor is bad, then it is a used processor and you have no warranty.

In the bios, reset to defaults.

If you are trying to boot an existing OS, try creating a fresh install.

When the system blue screens, there is data there to help with diagnosis.

If you are certain that the processor is good, and that you have not caused any damage to your board, contact MSI for support.
