Is there a thermal/mechanical specification and design guide for the Xeon D-2100 processor as there is for the Xeon D-1500? (Reference No. 332055-002, Title: Intel Xeon Processor D-1500 Product Family Thermal/Mechanical Specification and Design Guide)
