when are we getting these black ops codes?

Ive been trying for almost 2 weeks now to get my black ops code. The only reason I bought my dell G7 was for the black ops 4 that came with this. Im tired of trying I just wanna know when we are getting these codes or im just going to take my laptop back and get the money back.2222222
