Enpirion FAE?

I am curious if anyone has had any luck getting in touch with an Enpirior FAE.  I was directed by Intel Tech Support to try to contact one of Intel's distributors in hopes they have an FAE who is familiar with this product line; this doesn't seem quite logical to me.  Please let me know if you have a contact for an Enpirior FAE.  Thanks.

Hi Mostafa,

I am in California, United States.

We'd like to better understand what the "do not connect" pads on the bottom of the device connect to on the die.  We mistakenly did not follow the layout guidelines for the device and have allowed for the possibility that metal on the PCB's top layer, should the soldermask not fully cover that area, could lead to nets on the PCB making contact with those areas on the bottom of the device.

Sincerely,

Steve

Hi Steve,

I will send an email with the TS contact and you can get in touch with him.

Regarding the don't connect pads on the bottom of the package, it is related to internal components and mainly it will be for the Internal inductor terminal.

So connecting any of the inductor terminal to any GND traces underneath the package this will cause a short circuit.

Regards,

Mostafa
