When I browse Facebook on Firefox and scroll in the Timeline, and hovering over a Video Post with my mouse, most of the time the website will freeze for a second, then it will flash and blink, and images in the page will disappear.

Also sometimes Windows shows a notification that says: Windows had prevented Firefox from accessing Intel GPU.
I think this issue started to happen after using WDDM 2.6 drivers.
The issue doesn't happen when using an older driver.
My system:
---------------
- i7-7500u (2 cores, 4 threads)
- Dual graphics:
- Intel(R) HD Graphics 620
- NVIDIA GeForce 920MX
- Windows 10 May 2019 Update [18362.86] (Latest version)
- Firefox 66.0.5 (Latest version)
- Intel Driver 26.20.100.6709 (Latest version)
Please help 😢

Not sure this is an intel problem. You are using a beta of Windows 10.
Also, are you using the drivers provided by your laptop manufacturer? If not, you should be.
