We bought several D430 depth module and D4 board. We need to calibrate the camera.

When using Calibration Tool-2.6.8.0 (Intel.Realsense.DynamicCalibrator.exe) it tells me : "Error: Image resolution in calibration table on device is invalid. Please re-calibrate the device with latest OEM calibration tool and try again"

Firmware version : 05.11.06.200

I tried also the command Intel.Realsense.CustomRW.exe -g " but nothing change

The discussion in the link below seems to be relevant to your problem.

In this case, the RealSense user took a D435 camera apart so that the Depth Module board and the D4 board were separated (similar to the state that they are in when they are purchased as separate components instead of in a pre-assembled camera).

The Intel support team member in this discussion suggests that if the depth module has undergone flexing of its structure when handling it then it may need its intrinsics to be re-calibrated. Unfortunately the normal publicly available calibration software can only calibrate the extrinsics. To re-calibrate both the intrinsics and extrinsics, a special OEM version of the calibrator software is required.

This OEM software can be obtained in two ways: by purchasing a $1500 USD OEM calibration system from Intel's online Click store, or if you are a registered Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) customer of Intel. If you have an NDA agreement, you can request the software on its own through the special Zendesk support channel that NDA customers have access to.

Another means of calibrating a 400 Series camera is to use open-source software called Vicalib that Intel themselves have made use of.
