Pin Assignment rules

Hello,

I'm using the Cyclone 10 LP FPGA Evaluation Kit with Quartus II software.

When I try to read the value from the GPIO connector (using an oscilloscope) I read different values depending on which pin I choose (the same signal on a different pin has different values).

I think that the problem is connected with a wrong assignment in the pin planner. There are general rules to assign a pin?

Thanks

Without knowing the design or how you've assigned pins, it's impossible to answer. Can you provide this information? Screenshot of Pin Planner? Code? Etc.
