Hello there.

I'm having issues to deliver an IP of mine. I'm not authorized to provide the source code to final user, so I thought to deliver synth netlist.

Found this on Intel site: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/support/support-resources/knowledge-base/solutions/rd06242008_7.html

I succeeded into create and deliver the qxp file.

Though, final user received received this error (cos' he is using Lite version of Qurtus, I suppose)

Quartus version of reference is 17.0.0, I'm using Pro and final user Lite.

Any help to deliver the IP as netlist is highly appreciated! Thanks!

Hi,

The Incremental Compilation is only available with Pro and Std . In order to use the feature, i suggest the final end user use the Pro version as well

Thanks

Joanne

Hi Joanne,

ty for your reply.

Is there any other flow I can follow to deliver synthesized netlists to the customer and let him import into a larger design?

Hi,

You can use the  use IEEE 1735 encryption tool (support in pro) to encrypt the design file first and generate the netlist.

Thanks

May I know the device you are using for the IP? If using cyclone10, you can ask the final user to download the Pro version as the license for cyclone10 usage is free in Pro.
