Default value of MVNC_ DONTBLOCK

The API document (NCS_API_1.07.07.pdf) the value of the graph option, MVNC_ DONTBLOCK, is set to 1 by default, but it is actually set to 0 as far as I can see. Please check if my observation is correct.

@enobufs Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Your observation is correct and the correct default value is 0 and not 1 for Graph option. We will fix this documentation error in a future release.
