Neural Compute Stick got resistors soldering melt

We recently got one of these Neural Compute Sticks. It suddenly stopped working.

We noticed it sounded when shake, so we disassembled it and found several resistors unattached. Seems to be high heat components.

Sending this as feedback for you to revise design.

@janunezc, how did you take the device apart? Did you have to destroy the exterior case?
