support for TensorFlow transpose operation

I'm porting a deep net with weights I've already trained onto the NCS, but I ran into a problem that the TensorFlow transpose operation isn't currently supported.

Was curious where on the roadmap support for tf.transpose() for the mvnccompiler is?
