Hi there,
I had a working setup on Raspbian Stretch & Ubuntu 16 (Native on PC & Macbook Air).
Everything worked flawlessly.
But now the strange thing happened, the stick isn't recognized anymore by none of the systems.
This, after successfully running the "make run_age" example from the ncapzoo on the Ubuntu 16 Macbook (USB3.0 port) and putting the stick in the USB3.0 port on the Ubuntu PC.
I tried switching from USB3.0 ports to USB2.0 on PC and Mac and used a USB2 cable.
Rebooted multiple times.
I redownloaded the ncsdk and redid "make install" and "make examples" on Ubuntu and Raspbian, but it seems it just won't respond anymore.
lsusb on Raspbian:
Bus 001 Device 003: ID 0424:ec00 Standard Microsystems Corp. SMSC9512/9514 Fast Ethernet Adapter
Bus 001 Device 002: ID 0424:9514 Standard Microsystems Corp. SMC9514 Hub
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub
dmesg Raspbian:
[ 1.453275] usb 1-1: New USB device found, idVendor=0424, idProduct=9514
[ 1.457195] usb 1-1: New USB device strings: Mfr=0, Product=0, SerialNumber=0
[ 1.461683] hub 1-1:1.0: USB hub found
[ 1.465561] hub 1-1:1.0: 5 ports detected
Is there a way to reset the stick to get it reveal itself again?
Thanks in advance,
Hank

@H_Vogel Sorry to hear that you're having issues. If your stick is not being recognized and not showing up in lsusb and dmesg, your NCS device may have stopped working. If your purchase was within 30 days, you can contact the retailer you purchased the stick from. For all other cases, please visit the Intel Support Site and open a new warranty issue.

Hello Tome,
Thank you for your reply.
I contacted the retailer and they're sending me a new stick.
So, that's a big plus!
Best Regards,
a happy Hank
