Are DRAM and Myriad2 located on the same package/chip?

@Tome_at_Intel : The block diagram in the documentation shows the presence of DRAM along with Myriad2 inside the USB stick. I'm wondering if Myriad2 and DRAM are on a single package or they are on two different packages? If they are on two packages, are they in Package-on-Package configuration?
