@star50037 Hi Star, is this on a fresh RPi? Can you try installing the dependencies independently (graphviz, scikit-image, Cython) and then try installing the NCSDK again and see if that fixes the issue?

I successfully installed Cython and graphviz but cannot install scikit-image

I use command _pip install scikit-image_Should I install other dependencies?

@star50037 Try installing matplotlib first using pip --no-cache-dir install matplotlib and then try pip install -U scikit-image. Let me know if that works.
