RPI/ODROID - NCSDK support for NCS2 stick

OpenVINO is designed to take advantage of the full intel platform, where by NCSDK will be a better fit for non intel based using this as an usb peripheral.

There is no point on loading a bulky framework build around intel cpu/gpu only to be able to be using the myriad driver.

RPI and other makes a significant chunk of the prototyping and educational market. It will make a lot of commercial sense for Intel to play nice and open with them.

I will vote for NCSDK to support NCS2 stick, for many millions who use rpi and variants. I think we should all state our support, as it might help Tome and the others to build a case to put this forward.
