NCS2 not working on Raspberry PI 3B+

Hi, Guys

i installed ncssdk on my raspberry Pi 3B+. However when i tried to run hello_ncs_py

i got the following error message.

Error - Could not open NCS device_

what should i do to fix this problem?

the first line seems NCS2 has already connected on raspberry Bi 3
