how to use stream_infer with webcam on my laptop

I run the inference on my PC laptop with NCS

without USB camera (only integrated webcam)

and when I run: make run

a dark window comes out and she hangs,

I install the plugin on my Ubuntu 16.4 LTS

sudo apt-get install gstreamer1.0-libav

sudo apt-get install gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad-faad

sudo apt-get install gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad-videoparsers

and still it does not work
