HD 620 yellow screen after driver update

It seems like my Laptop is yellowish (or like nightmode is activated all the time) after the update to the driver version x.x.x.7000. I deinstalled the HD620 drivers via the device manager and the colors were completely normal, but the performance decreased massively. So I installed version x.x.x.7000 again, but while installing it, the screen changed back to yelllow.

Has anyone experienced this issue as well? Or has anyone a solution for it?

My specifications are:

- System-SKU LENOVO_MT_80W3_BU_idea_FM_ideapad 710S Plus-13IKB

- Windows 10 Home 10.0.18362 Build 18352

Use ONLY the drivers provided by Lenovo for your laptop.
