Looking for information on i3-8100 reliability

Hi,

I am working on a project that uses the i3-8100 in the system and I need to determine the reliability, so that I can size the number of spares. The system is expected to work and not be changed for more than 10 years. I did some preliminary calculations but they are very conservative and do not give me a realistic MTBF (Less than 4 years). Is it possible to obtain the reliability report for this processor?
