Any solution?

Hello SLoza1,

Thank you for posting on the Intel ® communities.

I would like to try re-installing the graphics driver from scratch. Please follow the steps below:

1 - Disconnect the system from the internet and then open Device Manager, look for "Display Adapters".

2 - Right-click on the Intel ® HD Graphics and select "Uninstall" while checking the option "Delete Drivers", repeat this step until the display adapter shows as "Microsoft Basic Display Adapter".

3 - Restart the system.

3 - Under device manager again, Right-click "Microsoft Basic Display Adapter", and select the Update Driver option.

4 - Click the Search automatically for updated driver software option.

Once complete, test to see if there is any problem with the HDMI connection. If the issue persists, please attach a DxDiag report:

  1. In the keyboard, press WinLogo key + R.
  2. In the Run box please type dxdiag and hit Enter.
  3. Click on Save All Information (save it in your desktop).
  4. Attach the report to this thread.

Hello SLoza1

Can you follow the steps on During HD Graphics Installation I Get an Error Message: This Installation Package is Not Supported by this Processor Type (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000027538/graphics-drivers/graphics-for-7th-generation-intel-processors.html) to install the drivers provided by GIGABYTE® (https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/B360M-DS3H-rev-10/support#support-dl-driver-vga) since these drivers have been customized by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to be used in the motherboard

Hello SLoza1

Thank you for completing the testing with the OEM drivers, at this point since the issue still happens even with the drivers that have been validated to work on the motherboard I would recommend reporting the issue with GIGABYTE® and if they determine the issue is coming from the Intel side they will work directly with Intel to address it.
