Regarding your inquiry about Country of Origin for Fan and Heatsink, we would like to inform you that Intel® does not build/assemble the fan or heatsinks, therefore our recommendation is to contact directly the Fan manufacturer to address this inquiry.

You can confirm the name of the company on the blue label/sticker at the top of Fan and Heatsink, for instance: Foxcom*, Delta*, Etc.
