HI,

 

I saw you already posted similar support request in another forum case

  • We bought Intel® Quartus® Prime and DSP Builder for Intel® FPGAs and we are not able Activate those products.....

 

I will set this duplicate case to closure while the support agent will continue support you in the other case.
