ghfdh, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.

In reference to your inquiry, we are going to compare the specifications of the Intel® Wireless cards in order to confirm which of them, in fact, support WoWL (WoWLAN) in every power state.

As soon as I get any updates |I will post all the details on this thread.

Hello ghfdh, I just received an update on this matter.

Regarding your question, in terms of supporting WoWLAN all of our adapters have the capability to support this feature, also for S3, S4, S5 power states but it has to be available at BIOS level in the system that you will use, in order to confirm those details, we recommend to get in contact directly with the manufacturer of the laptop/board to verify if that option is available in their BIOS.

Any questions, please let me know.

Really? So why I have WoL and WoWL enabled in bios and system and it is not working?

Read the topic here - https://forums.intel.com/s/question/0D70P000006v0w4/does-intelr-centrinor-ultimaten-6300-agn-support-wowlan-wowl

here is the pic of BIOS setup - https://imgur.com/a/SeG2FhG (system setup - https://imgur.com/a/FNaaW5P from the linked topic)

And this card - Intel(R) Centrino(R) Ultimate-N 6300 AGN - is installed in dell m6600 by default.

So why does WoWL does not work with turned off computer - but is working when computer is in sleep mode?

ghfdh, Thank you very much for sharing those details.

For your first inquiry, yes, you have the option to enter the BIOS and enable WoL and WoWL, but the functionality of the feature and what can be done with it is customized and will depend on the design and integration done by the manufacturer of the computer, they can enabled/disable all the features and functions of their laptop, that is why the best thing to do will be to get in contact with them so they can confirm why it is not working.

About the second question, the Intel® Centrino® Ultimate-N 6300 card is retired and discontinued, from intel's side there is no more information about that specific card, only the link below where you can confirm it is discontinued:
