I download Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool at https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/19792/Intel-Processor-Diagnostic-Tool and try to install but it show https://prnt.sc/si6113

You are attempting to use the 32-bit version on a 64-bit Windows install or you are attempting to use the 64-bit version on a 32-bit Windows install. Select the right one for your Windows 10 install.
