Intel® Wireless-AC 7265, ax mode driver?

Hi everybody

My wireless Intel® Wireless-AC 7265 card (Intel NUC5i5RYK) doesn't detect my router's SSIDs (neitehr 2.4GHz nor 5 GHz) while ax mode is enabled. The router is an Asus RT-AX88 . Strangely, other devices such as iPhone, iPAD and even a Sony Android TV recognize the SSIDs (both bands) when the router is in ax mode. Does my problem have a solution, I mean a driver update for my wireless card or I must accept I should disable ax mode on my router?
