Customers who are migrating their workloads to Microsoft Azure public cloud have a lot of decisions to make. Whether they want to lift and shift directly into Azure, pick a SaaS or PaaS solution, or completely refactor their workloads. Many times, customers choose a trusted partner to assist them in their migration strategy. This is one of those scenarios where Altra Dr Migrate comes into play. As part of my daily role at Intel working with cloud partners, Altra Dr Migrate has showcased its technical prowess in enabling Intel technologies in its migration strategies.
If you're not aware of them, let me introduce Altra. They’re a leading Independent Software Vendor (ISV) and developer of Dr Migrate. They’re working with Intel's optimized hardware and software technologies to enhance the performance of workloads migrating to Microsoft Azure. As organizations increasingly turn to the cloud for scalability, flexibility, and efficiency, Dr Migrate focuses on Intel architecture to deliver optimized solutions for customers navigating the complex landscape of workload migration strategies.
This optimization focus streamlines and enhances the migration experience for businesses by aligning Intel's advanced hardware capabilities and Altra’s expertise in AI-assisted network discovery and workload migrations. Dr Migrate offers a new, synergistic approach to addressing the business and technical challenges of cloud migration.
