I40e driver crash with Linux 4.18

Hi.

On system start we got kernel crash, running on Broadwell-D 10G ports, in SR-IOV mode.

Kernel is 4.18.0-21-generic #22~18.04.1-Ubuntu SMP

1.) Does the issue also happened without SR-IOV configuration?

2.) Have you tried the latest i40e driver version 2.9.21?
