X550-T2 1/2 ports not working

I have a X550-T2 PCIE card in my NAS running Proxmox (pve-manager/7.4-17/513c62be (running kernel: 6.2.16-20-bpo11-pve))

 

Both ports have been populated and working for over a year with no issues until yesterday when Port 0 link dropped. Interface is recognized and available. Ethernet cable and other infrastructure is confirmed working with other computers. Pulled the PCIE card and inserted it into a Windows computer, same behavior observed; both ports recognized but only Port 1 able to establish link when connected to another device with ethernet cable, Port 0 unusable.

 

Have not touched this card for months before and haven't done any firmware changes. Any help would be great.

I purchased this card on it's own.

 

I will not be able to take the server offline till Saturday (2024/03/16) so will update then.

No, I have not done any troubleshooting steps apart from the ones mentioned (querying info on card from OS and moving it to another computer to confirm behavior).

Since we last spoke the other network port on the card has also started exhibiting the same issue (adapter is recognized but no link is established when an ethernet connection is made) so I have had to remove the card from production and use a different networking solution. Now that the urgency was gone I haven't had time to reply here.
