3D graphics on an Intel G45/G43 chipset?

Hi, everyone. This is first post so I hope it makes sense! I have an Acer X3812 PC fitted with an Intel G45/G43 chipset. How do I play games in 3D mode. On another of my PC's with Nvidia SLi Graphics I have a hotkey to switch to 3D. Is there a hotkey for the G45/G43?

If not, how is it done? There is the facility to modify 3D settings but no info how to switch it on. Help appreciated. Thanks
