Alto uso da gpu

Quando estou jogando algum jogo,mesmo que não exija muito da GPU e corresponde aos requisitos,as vezes o uso da GPU vai para 98%-100% causando travamentos nos jogos.uso uma Intel graphics 4400.como posso solucionar esse problema?
