Can't install drivers to Intel® HD Graphics for Intel® Pentium® and Celeron® Processors

Hello

My problem is that when I try to install drivers recommended by intel system identification utility I get an error with message that my system does not meet the minimal requirements. I have an asus t100ta, I have searched asus site but they do not have drivers for the graphic card.

this are the information form the system, I have downloaded the drivers and as I had said they could not be installed

Hi Borys,

I am sorry to hear you are having problems to install the driver. I would like to provide the driver for your unit but I will need to check some more information about your system. Can you please post your dxdiag report here?

Click Start > type dxdiag > open it > Save.

Thanks for the information. I recommend you uninstalling the driver for your controller at the following link:

Hello Kevin

Thanks for help. Unfortunately both "Win32_15338" and "Win32_b_15333" do not work, I get the same message. Please tell me, do I need to uninstall my current drivers first?

Hi Borys,

It is recommendable to uninstall the current driver before installing the new one. If you have tried the driver and the manual driver installation steps my best recommendation is to contact Asus so they can provide their instructions while installing their driver or replace our unit if necessary.
