Also i've formatted my laptop recently but i don't know how that would affect any this. Hope someone could help me out.

Please provide a dxdiag report of your system (go to start menu, type dxdiag, press enter, click on save all this information).
Was any update done before this started to happen? Is this happening while doing any specific task or just happens out of the blue?

Is there any specific application that you have tried to run and get into this message? Or any steps that have been performed that end up on this behavior?

None as far as I'm concerned as it just happens out of the blue.
Since last 2 days i've been experiencing another problem, that is sometimes my Wi-Fi shows Limited Access and there is no internet access even though the Wi-FI is working well with my iPad and my mobile.

Please forget about the Wi-Fi problem, i believe it has nothing to do with this and it's fixed anyway.
However, I still need help on the Display Driver problem.
