External USB Monitor

I am trying to hook up an external monitor to my new dell laptop with hd graphics 520 using USB but it will not work. Is this possible or not.

Any help appreciated.

Dell Inspiron I5 Laptop

Intel HD Graphics 520

Dell P2012H Monitor with upstream and downstream USB
