Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3LR MB with Intel ICH10R

I've got a Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3LR MotherBoard with an Intel ICH10R that I'm using RAID0 and RAID5. RAID0 has two 146G drives which contain the OS and software. The RAID5 contains three 750G drives which has storage and documents on it. I have an additional two 750G drives I'd like to add to the RAID5 config. What is the correct way, if any, to add these without losing the data (and yes the data is backed up, I'd just rather not have to restore it if I don't have to)?
