Hi. I have a very irritating issue. My laptop's brightness changes as the background (wallpaper, browsers, etc.) varies. The darker the backgroud is, the lower brightness I experience. But when the background gets brighter, display brightness increases.

The level of brightness, however, doesn't change. So I ask for help. BTW, it is Intel(R) Graphics Driver 620. In addition, I even resetted and reinstalled windows 10 again. But it didn't help.
